I’m located in downtown Massillon, Ohio at Kathy Boyd’s Salon. I’ve been doing hair for 9 years and I specialize in vivid color and lived-in hair. I’m also new to doing hand tied weft installs, book a consultation today! My goal is to give every client a head of hair they love! ** I do not offer blowouts. All clients are rough blowdried and styled as I cannot physically do blowouts anymore due to my arthritis. Thanks in advance** *TIPS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT APPRECIATED*
CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients are required to pay a deposit before the appointment is approved. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Card on file will be charged 20mins after the missed appointment if I am not notified sooner. No shows will also be charged 50% of their service total and will have to put a deposit down before rebooking. The deposit will go towards the service total. All deposits are non refundable. I do not offer refunds on any services however I do offer adjustments within 7 days of the original service within reason.
